Returns/Exchanges |

| If for any reason you are not content with your product, you must notify us within 30 days upon receipt. No Returns and/or exchanges if item(s) were purchased from fairs and/or conventions. If a product was received damaged from freight carrier, you must notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of order. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, tagged, and unsneezed on. Follow the instructions below: 1. Locate "Returns and Exchange Form" included in your package. Completely fill out the form by checking returns or exchange box. 2. Return the merchandise securely in the original packaging, if possible. Make sure to completely fill out the form and include the "Returns and Exchange Form" in the packaging. Please note any returns/exchange are not pre-paid, therefore, you are fully responsible for the cost of the shipping. 3. Once the package is receive please allow 3-4 business day (usually sent out 1-2 business days depending on stock availablity) to ship the merchandise. A shipping e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once items are shipped out. E-mail Returns/Exchange for furthur assistance at returns@fatrabbitfarm.com NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS. ALL SALE/CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL. |
